Palo Santo, Bursera graveolens, meaning “Holy Wood” in Spanish, is a sacred tree native to the coastal regions of South America. For generations, it has been used in ceremony and ritual for its grounding and purifying properties.
When burned, Palo Santo releases a warm, uplifting aroma with soft notes of wood and citrus. Its smoke is traditionally used to cleanse spaces, objects, and energy, while inviting calm, clarity, and gentle protection. Many people incorporate Palo Santo into meditation, reflection, or spiritual practice to create a peaceful and intentional atmosphere.
Each stick offers a simple ritual—an opportunity to slow down, set intention, and reconnect.
